Absolutely by far. The worst overall experience of having a car worked on anywhere and that is an understatement! Too many faults to write on 1 page. Everything from bold faced lies to complete incompetence. Completely disgusted and on top of that, they left my truck (that had to towed to the dealer) with a flat tire! It had to be towed because they did not complete the job properly. I have seen teenagers at Jiffy lube with more professionalism.
