The repair took multiple times needing to be redone. They did a good job… but having my car back a couple of days… i can see the repair. That said I am not an expert… and i see it because i know where the damage was but my perfect brand new car will never be the same.

It took a few calls and frustration before there was communication concerning the status of my cars repairs. Granted there were issues outside of Caliber Collisions control that caused delays and issues with the repair of my vehicle. And I appreciate that finally there was communication but it should not have gotten to that point. And they did offer to pay my portion of the deductible due to the issues but when it was time to pick up my vehicle. They didn’t pay as promised.
