I’m disappointed with the communication and lack of timely updates. I left my car at the service center on Thursday around 4 PM and was told I would receive an update on Friday regarding next steps. However, I did not hear back until Tuesday, and at that point, the completion date was postponed by another week. This experience has been frustrating, and unfortunately, it will likely be my first and last time working with your team. Thank you!

We have used Calibur Collision in the past and have not had a problem. This was the worst experience and we will not return nor will we recommend to neighbors, family, or friends.

Did not receive honest communication. Was told parts had arrived then a week later was told they were the wrong parts and the parts were now on backorder. Just felt like there was a lot of can kicking and lack of transparency which resulted in lying to the customer. When caught in lie tried to retract statements.

Caliber collision team did a fantastic job. From being prompt, honest and very communicative with both me and my insurance to making my car look amazing again. I would definitely come to them again! It’s hard to find a place with these values now a days and I think this team has them! Shoutout to Stacy who was amazing through this process and made me feel like I was in safe hands!
