I had a great experience with Caliber . From start to finish. Mike is a wonderful asset for your team. He kept me informed every step of the way and when we ran into an issue with getting approval for additional repairs, Mike advocated and got the approval. I’m really satisfied with the work that was done. On a scale of 1-10, Caliber is an 11!!!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the repairs and the lack of quality control throughout this process. When my vehicle was first returned, it was obvious it had not been properly inspected. The driver's side taillight was noticeably out of alignment, and once I opened the hatch, it became clear the work inside had not even been completed. The replacement parking sensor immediately began malfunctioning, causing my ABS brakes to engage unexpectedly and nearly causing me to hit another vehicle. I returned the car and was told the repairs would take two days, but I spent over two hours at the rental agency while the shop and my insurance company argued over who would cover the rental, despite being told the shop would pay for it. When I picked up my vehicle the second time, the alignment looked correct. However, less than a quarter mile down the road, the parking sensor malfunctioned again. After stopping for gas, I discovered my brake lights and turn signals weren't working because the technician had forgotten to reconnect them. While this was an easy fix, it never should have left the shop that way. More than two weeks later, the parking sensor is still malfunctioning, creating an ongoing safety hazard. When I requested that the vehicle be evaluated by the dealership, I was met with resistance and never received the insurance response I repeatedly asked to see. Now, after several days of heavy rain, there is water collecting inside the newly installed taillight and light bar, indicating the repaired hatch is leaking. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the repeated workmanship issues, lack of inspection, poor communication, and multiple safety concerns have caused me to lose confidence in the repairs. After several return visits, I still do not have a vehicle that has been repaired correctly, and I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
