Received my Car 2 weeks earlier than expected and the repair and paint job to my door is perfect. Also kept me updated on everything from when my car was pulled in to when it was being repaired and paints. 10/10 service would recommend to anyone

This is my 1st accident in my many decades of driving and was prepared for a horrible experience. I had everything but a nightmare. I received the call to schedule the appointment literally as soon as I hung up with my insurance. Tammy was so kind & caring & made the process so easy. Got in the next day. They call the rental place for you and have everything all set up and waiting. There wasn't a single thing I had to worry about. Shane kept me up to date on the claims process and the timing of everything and completely understood my paranoia over my car being worked on. All work is guaranteed for life. I don't have enough words to express how easy this process was and how grateful I am that USAA suggested Caliber Collision.
