Mike gave me frequent updates as to what was needed and the progress of the repairs to my vehicle, plus a realist date as to when my car would be ready. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, as well as accommodating and considerate. Shane, the employee who picked up and delivered my vehicle, as well and inspected the damage, was also knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The whole experience was amazing. They made it seem so effortless, and the result was fantastic. My Rav 4 came out beautiful. It looks like new. Thank you, I highly recommend Calliber Collision!
