The repair made was fine. The employees were friendly and courteous. However, the process for quote a repair price was not fair. The General Manager quoted me a price, then on the day of repair I find out the price had gone up because the technician said it would cost more. They did call me first before repairing the dent. When I asked why, I was then told that technician wasn’t there the day of the quote. The technician should have been the one to give the repair quote in the first place since he has the authority to adjust the quote when looking at the damaged area. Something is wrong with this kind of system. Not a happy camper.

I thought my entire front bumper was getting the protection shield not just my front right tire. Most of the front is still exposed for debris and rocks to get in. Not a happy camper at all. I will be calling in hopes of getting this corrected
