Dee was so helpful and knowledgeable about the body work and insurance claim process. She kept me informed of progress. I would highly recommend the Waterloo location! The crew that did the work did a great job!! Just wish my entire car looked as nice as the part they worked on!

Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned the inside of it and the outside of my car looks perfect. They waxed it and it looks absolutely beautiful. I absolutely love my car more now than I did before my accident. I will go to Caliber collision any day and I have told so many people about them. They kept me updated the whole time, my car got done 10 days earlier then they estimated... I'm just super happy with this whole process it couldn't have been easier. Thank you Caliber collision!!! you guys gave me my car back and it looks great and you cleaned it for me and that's awesome!

They were amazing. They were able to take my car the very next day after my accident. It kept me updated the entire time. They also gave me an estimated repair date and my car was actually finished 10 days before the estimated repair date. I have nothing negative to say about them at all. I would recommend them to anybody.

I should have said this before but not only did they repair my car but they cleaned the inside and outside for me and it looked immaculate. That was just a bonus I didn't think they would do that but they did. I have never had a repair shop do that to my car. So I was very satisfied with caliber. They didn't only clean my car they detailed it for me on the inside and super waxed the outside it didn't even look like my car it looks so good. Also dee at the front desk was really awesome the entire time. Caliber is the only place I'll go from now on
