I'm very disappointed with the bodyshop. I got my vehicle last Friday I didn't used until Monday my husband drove the truck to it broke down. Apparently they didn't check inside of the engine the oil was leaking from the transmission and there was no water was leaking from radiator as well. Until now I haven't received a call from the body shop to give me a diagnosis of the damage. Very disappointed

Definitely not satisfied with the work done my bumper and hood and fender are not lined up correctly. You would think you get into an accident you take it to the repair shop you would get it back just like new but not the case unfortunately. My car still doesn’t even drive straight which is not safe at all very unacceptable!

You never really told me how long the repair would take. It was scheduled well in advance, so I guess I assumed that you would order the parts ahead of time and have the parts on hand when I brought my car in. So when I called at the end of the first week and was told that you were waiting for parts, I was concerned about the time it would take. It ended up taking 9 days. I wish someone would have told me that at the outset so that I could plan my life around it. The repairs are perfect, and the car was very clean when I received it. I am generally very happy. Thank you.

I appreciated the manager, taking a few minutes when he handed me the keys to my car to make sure I had been satisfied with their service. His he seemed very genuine and personable. The best kind of person to work with people that are dealing with something as stressful as a car accident
