Wow, I can’t believe you accommodated me during Christmas time! Thank you for cleaning the inside of my car. Most of all, I really appreciate the two day service it took to replace the bumper before Christmas Day 2024. The service provided by each person who helped me was extremely friendly! Took a while to get the job completed Communication was so so But the worst part of the issue was the end. The shopped called to say that my car was done with the exception of an emble that might be in a day or so, as the first one came in damaged. 1. Why wasn’t it reordered when it first got there and was damaged 2. The almost demanded I pick up my car. Stating it was drivable, however it was drivable when it got dropped off. They should’ve never called with that issue they should’ve just waited till it was in. Plus they called me at 4:34pm and the rental I had needed gas and I needed to arrange transportation. Which could’ve be done by 5 when the rental co closed. So that made me having to call you guys to ask them to complete job, which was accommodated to a point. Anyway it just wasn’t the greatest of ending on the shops part. Then I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t washed and you could see the dust all over it. Again not a good ending

Almost 30 days, many dates given and changed with painting as one excuse (when they finally checked it was done) Too many miles put on!!!
