My experience with Caliber was very unexpected in a good way. I've used another local bodyshop for years and they don't touch the level of professionalism I experianced at Caliber Collision. They will be my go to place for auto body repair going forward. Also the car detail was an unexpected plus and I want to express my thanks for that as well.

Initial visit was easy and fast. I liked the convenience of the car drop off on Sunday of my own time. Appreciated the daily text updates while my car was being worked on. The pick up of my car was fast and easy. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I will highly recommend you.

Caliber stated that black screen on radio and blank odometer had nothing to do with impact to my car and I don’t understand because obviously headlights had to be replaced and are part of the electrical system of car , I stated it at time of report of accident, to me I feel like they just didn’t want to deal with it or insurance didn’t want to pay for repair so I can’t tell if there is a small child behind my car or can’t see when my car next oil change will be needed can’t reset tire pressure can’t connect my phone to radio can’t tell how many miles my car has so yea not happy about it,
