The car looks great after the accident. Everything is taken care of really well. They went above and beyond to get everything covered by insurance. Would use them again without a doubt

Interior was left stained with something. All over my seats, center console. Dust of something sort was left behind. They did not clean up after themselves. Very upsetting. I also opened the trunk and found the carpet was super dirty and nasty. I did not turn in my vehicle in that condition. I found water near the spare tire as well. For the most part the body panels are lined up. Very upset and unsatisfied with how the interior was left. I still have to check the paint and make sure it matches the other panels.

I noticed some other little stuff that was not fixed and left behind. Such as paint on break lights and some other stuff on the paint. Some pieces were also not replaced. On top of that my carpet was cleaned but the stain is still there. I turned it in clean and no stains.

Rafa did a good job doing what he could to move forward with the repair process quick. Not everything was on his hands to move it as quick as possible, but he did good job.
