The only minor issue is that text notifications—including the one for this survey—came to my wife instead of me. When I asked them to update the phone number, they said it was an automated system and couldn’t be changed. This may be more of a Geico problem. I have no doubt they would have fixed it if they could.

It’s the first day, but everything appears to be just fine. The repair took less time than expected, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I even asked about other things that need to be fixed I was so happy. The car was vacuumed and washed upon completion as well.
