I recently dropped off my Chevrolet for repair due to damage to the left rear side. That part of the vehicle was fully repaired and restored—thank you for that. However, during the process, the control panel on the driver’s side door was damaged. While the interior lever and the previously non-functional rear piece were fixed to compensate, the damage to the control panel was not addressed. As a result, I now need to replace both the control panel and the door cover at my own expense, which is frustrating considering the condition these parts were in before the repair.

Even when my driver-side panel was accidentally damaged, Rafael immediately took responsibility and had it repaired along with everything else.
