I was pleased with the email updates, most customers would likely want to know how their car repair was coming along. The phone contact was slightly more difficult....hes not in yet, on another line, etc... just give me the update info. I understand having to order parts after the intial estimate, paint drying, etc...this is acceptable. The office staff was polite and courteous. The shop seemed to genuinely want to provide good customer service.

I am satisfied with the great customer service that I received from Joel. He clearly explained the repair and insurance policies. I felt that he clearly communicated my needs to the insurance company. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was pleased with the repair on my car. Again it took 45 days to release my car.

45 days to repair my vehicle. That is insane. What was suppose to cost me 500 deductible cost me an additional 750$ because my insurance only covered up to 30 days . It's usually at most 3 weeks but 45 days? God.

The experience was easy. Only thing i had a problem was when i turned in the car with 1/4 of gas. When i got it back the tank was completely empty. I would advise you guys however you got the car please return it as it was. Honestly i didnt need that stress if i would make it to the gas station.

Everyone at the shop was so nice and so considerate. Ted got my estimate in a timely manner and when I dropped my car off for the repairs Fernando was kind enough to drive me over to get a rental car. Ted kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked my car up it looked great, and smelled great as well. I am very happy to have my car back and will recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a body shop.
