The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It has been the shop I go to when things happen. For this last visit, after I took the auto to get the estimate, I was told they had no room right away to keep the vehicle, and that they would call me back in two days to set an appointment for drop off. I did not hear back for a whole week until I called the shop to follow up.
