The staff at Caliber were very helpful, taking the time to explain the process. They also provided regular updates as promised. They did an amazing repair job and returned my car to me clean. I truly felt like my car was in good hands and I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need of auto repair.

3 weeks took 8 weeks Car was received at pick up in poor condition. Dirty, paint smudges on window, repairs not done, some kind of sticky stuff all over, glass pieces still on the inside. After taking it home- we are now noticing more problems- camera still not working, windshield wipers not replaced, front defogger not working properly.

1)Was not told that they took it to another shop without notifying me as I was told they would, 2) they tried to give me my truck back with new damage that was not there when I brought it in. It took them 5.5 weeks to do a minor work I will never recrommend your company to anyone

First thing they transfered my truck to a different shop without notifying me like I was told. I questioned them a d response was sorry, I forgot to call you. Tried to give me my truck back with new damage done at the shop,Tried to tell me that it was there before, the area I'm talking about was on truck cap which was not in the main damage that was to be repaired damage was on both sides of the cap. Then they took 2 weeks to find another problem that they created while repairing it. Very disappointed with your company.i will never recrommend your shop to anyone ant tell everyone not to take their vehicle there.

I am rally not pleased with the repair of the passenger side door. The repairs along the crease look incredibly waves to me. I have been away this week so have not had a change to call the shop
