It was easier dealing with the local dealer than the out of town services. Didn’t expect cash for the deductible which was a inconvenience for me since it is American currency and that’s what I wanted to pay with

Caliber took the time to validate quality of parts received. Based on insurance involved, there was probably additional vetting of after-market parts in comparison to OEM parts.
