I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Caliber Collision. My car looks brand new. I appreciated the fact that the repair was completed in a timely manner and a staff member from Caliber would call me twice a week to give me an update. This was very helpful for me to be aware of the status of the repair.All staff were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I can very easily say that this has been my absolute best experience with a service center or honestly any customer service I have received recently. To this who answered the phone, the manager at the desk (sorry I’m forgetting her name) when I arrived and Josh who took care of fixing my car. Everyone was kind and attentive. Being in an accident is never fun and they each made me feel like I was barely inconvenienced. I was provided detailed information, they helped me get into a rental, Josh called me every day with an update, my car was perfect when I picked it up and cleaned inside. While I hope I don’t need to, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you all. You are very much appreciated

Caliber did a nice repair job, which is the most important aspect. They cleaned up the driver seat area well. I wish they cleaned the back area, just as well. Much of the repair was in the back, so better cleanup was necessary there.
