Due to the timeliness and how they left the interior of the vehicle (It is going to take me a lot to get off the dried cleaner spots), I would not recommend this location AT ALL.

It took forever, and I am really hoping that it was not their fault. They were great at communicating in the beginning, bad at the end. They cleaned out my truck, which was wonderful, however, there are white dots all over the truck - like someone sprayed cleaner in there to wipe things down and never wiped them off. It is all over the windows and the interior of the vehicle.

The work was pretty good, it's repaired. The car was with you guys for 2.5 weeks. There was no way to get an estimate of the repair timeline before dropping it off. Would have been nice to get parts ordered and the dropped it off for repair. Also it looks like someone tried to clean the inside but left a residue in several locations throughout the car. That was residue that we had to clean after we got the car back

I was debating between nine and ten. I chose nine because of the time it took to get it completed. I recognized that wasn’t your fault, so let’s say it’s a 9.5. The service at Caliber was great! You kept me well informed, provided updates, did a great job on the driver's side of my car. If I need bodywork in the future, and let’s hope I don’t, you would be the first company I would call.
