Took over a month to let me know parts were available, only found out because I called them to see what was happening. Manager was doing payroll so she didn't have time to answer my questions and said she would call back. She didn't call so I had to go there in person to get the repair scheduled. She called at 6:30 at night after I had everything set up to see if I wanted an appointment, no clue as to what is going on in the building.
