I came to your shop because of the experiance I had with DC collision. My first visit I was told that you were unable to give me an estimate. I was then told I needed to make an appointment to receive an appointment. When I did that you took a few pictures and to look for an estimate by email. There was no interaction or explanation about the work. That would never have happened if I was talking to Dominic. He would have given me an estimate on the spot and told that there might be be hidden damage that he could not see. He would have called me to tell me about the extra work before completing the job. I always felt comfortable with any work that he did me. The lack of interaction with the work you did needs a better effort on your part.
