When I drive my car around 40 mph now it starts shaking , it wasn’t doing this before. Did the techs take off the tire at any point in the process and maybe not torque them fully?

The staff was very professional, clean and courteous. I was most impressed by the facility and amazed by the text updates. I got from my adjuster Robert letting me know what the status was on my vehicle at all times, and even the manager Pablo coming out to shake my hand and personally discuss the results and the details on the repair of my vehicle upon completion,very impressive!. My vehicle was done in a timely manner, and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Roy did an amazing job of explaining the process and what would be done to my vehicle. I definitely felt that I was in good hands for this being my first time ever having to do this. Roy kept great contact the whole time and ensured everything was done correctly
