Unfortunate timing of being at the wrong place at the wrong time ( 3 times ) and needing Caliber Collision’s expertise. Great experience each time, but hope to not see them again for a while. Thank you to the entire team from beginning to end for the repairs on our newer Ford Explorer. Almost $10k rear end hit and you would never know.

Lance was up front and honest Jeff and the receptionist were not, I had to extend the rental car contract 6 times (7 weeks in total) because they kept missing their stated delivery date, which meant I was also continually canceling on my fariends, family and co- workers who had set aside time to get me to the shop to pick up the car .... I called once a week for an update because jeff never called me .... last time I was in a deer accident, i used caliber and Lance kept me in the loop and the car was delivered on time ... this time with Jeff the experience was completely unprofessional

I have had several cars repaired at Caliber. Your attention to detail is outstanding. Today my car looked like it did when it was brand new. I reviewed the whole repair report and nothing was overlooked and if it either didn’t apply or did not have to be addressed- this was noted. My battery will not hold a charge. That battery is only about 7 months old. I can only reason that no one was starting my car will it was at your shop for the better part of two months. You should replace my battery that you drained.
