Not really sure. The miscommunication with the A/M part still doesn’t sit well. I should have been contacted by both parties to enlighten and discuss. I would have paid out of pocket for the OEM part. It was the only non OEM part on the entire work order. I noticed it right away before they told me it was an A/M part.

They did good work but wasn’t very happy I was quoted on a Wed, told the part would be here by that Friday so bring my truck in on that Monday. When I followed up on Tuesday I learned the work order still wasn’t approved. They had my truck for over a week but really they should wait to have the parts and work order approved before having a customer drop their vehicle off. Total inconvenience!
