It took nearly three weeks and at leasts 3 different escalations to get anyone to work on this claim, communicate with he repair shop or share any information with me on status. I was routed over and over again to front line CSR's who had no idea what they were doing or how they would recommend I take a next step. Zero proactive communication via Text, Email or phone call. l. Really the worst experience possible.
