Grecia was my contact person, she was awesome! My vehicle took a little longer than expected to be repaired, but I wasn't worried because Grecia made sure the repairs were beyond the standard. And if it wasn't up to par she wouldn't release it. That made me trust the work at the west plano location. Everyone I encountered during the process was very nice and hospitable, and I appreciate it.
