There is a pliable metal part underneath that was bent in the accident but not replaced. Also the both mudgaurds were placed over the nuts and screws at the bottom rather than being fastened by them. I had to do that myself.

plano location was great . the receptionist at the dallas location not very nice. she had no clue where the plano location was.
