I’m very satisfied with the service I received at Caliber Collision. Darcy was extremely communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had a somewhat complicated experience with my insurance company, but Darcy went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that the outcome was satisfactory. At the beginning, she let me know that they might need up to three weeks to keep my vehicle, but they were able to complete the repairs in less time than expected. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and care I received throughout the process. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision, especially Darcy, for their excellent customer service!
