Never bothered to tell me my car may be a total loss or that they were getting a second opinion from a third party. Zero information given. Had to call them the day before my 30 month rental was up just to get any update at all. That phone call was what finally kicked things off for my car. Felt like if I never called to ask for updates, my car would have just never been worked on.

I chose Caliber because previous experiences with them have always been positive, and this was no exception. Everything was quick, easy, and convenient. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and pleasant. Hopefully I won't need it but if I do, I'll happily come back to Caliber every time.
