Relatively quick to get car in for repair. They worked closely with the car rental company, which relieved me from that burden. Gave updates frequently so I had an idea how things were going. They went out of their way for things to help me, truly can't be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

The service and work was exceptional. I had to reschedule and then due to an accident, I could not deliver my own vehicle. Caliber was understanding and flexible. They went beyond the call of duty to be helpful and completed the work efficiently and timely.

Work was outstanding. The only thing that was negative for me was the communication . I would be told I’d get a call and that call never came. I would have to call check on progress after being told it would be ready tomorrow several times.
