My car was complete to my satisfaction

The repairs look great but the customer service and the time it took to get my vehicle repaired and back to me was unsatisfactory. It took two weeks and would have been longer if we did not get the assistant manager involved. We had to call to get any information on the vehicle and go by to get a copy of the estimate.

No customer service. We had to call or go by there to find out anything on our truck. Text message system was not accurate. Had to get assistant manager envolved to get truck done. I think for what had to be done the truck should not had to be there for two weeks. They need to call the customer if they are having delays in getting the job done.
