We are very satisfied with the results of my Acura MDX. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the name change to Caliber. We had been customers of West Salem Collision. We were pleased to Kevin and his crew were still there. That made us feel better, since we had excellent results with them. We will still recommend this shop to our friends and family.

Everything from my 1st phone call to picking my car up was perfect. The receptionist was sweet and informed Gary the person that took care of my claim was very nice and knowledgeable. I received my car back ahead of schedule washed and shiny I rate 10 out of 10.

Caliber did a great job on our repairs! The staff was very helpful and never rushing through explaining things. I really liked the text updates on our vehicle throughout the process. This kept us informed without having to call or wait for a call. When we picked up our vehicle it was clean, washed, and smelled great inside. Thanks for your hard work in getting our repairs completed!

Kevin is a great technician and estimator. We have used him before on another vehicle and he far exceeded our expectations. However, Heather, who answers the phone and directs calls is in need of train on phone etiquette and helping people get the answers they are looking for. I was very dismayed by her attitude.
