Quality was good, but I was without a vehicle for way too long and the repair wasn't a massive amount of work. Caliber should have said that I shouldn't leave my car until THE DAY the work could begin.

General customer service at the shop was good - very friendly, very clean. However, timeliness is an issue. I wasn't told up front how long the repair would take (and when I did find out, was surprised that it would take 2 weeks), and had to call back a couple of times to get an update.
