They did a great job on the repair but they didn't clean the interior. When I got my car it was full of dust on all of the seats, door panels and dash board. You should have atleast wiped it down.

Communication was spectacular. Normally when my car goes into the shop, I am chasing down answers and leaving voicemails into the wind. My experience with Caliber was completely different. I got messages every day about the updates with my car and was able to message back and forth with my case manager. It was so easy my family and I were able to take our spring break vacation and not have to worry about anything. Would 100% recommend this shop again and will be using them again if I ever need to!
