Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was very good. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, professional, and communicated well throughout the repair process. My car was ready within a week, and the coordination of the rental car was quick and seamless. The one frustrating issue was that as soon as I got the car home, I noticed the back hatch was sticking and rubbing when I opened it. I had to bring the car back the next morning, which was disappointing after already waiting for the repair to be completed. Thankfully, a technician was there early and was able to make the necessary adjustment then

Amir was great! He kept me informed daily of the progress on my repairs. And when I picked up my car, he explained all that was done on my car. I was told it would take 6-7 days and my car was ready for pick up on the seventh day. And washed!!!!

As usual, Alex took great care of our cars. Between a small fender bender on my Toyota and my husband’s Prius getting its catalytic converter stolen, both cars came out of the shop good as new. In fact, my husband’s Prius is running better than it has been for months! Thank you Alex! If we ever have trouble again, we’ll come right back to you.

From the initial inspection through the repair process and even taking care of my rental car return at the end, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and remarkably well organized. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening next. And the work itself? Outstanding. My car looks brand new. I genuinely could not be more impressed with both the quality of the repair and the level of service surrounding it. As a business school professor who teaches operations, I probably notice process and execution more than most—and this was a masterclass in how a customer experience should be run.
