It’s never fun dealing with an accident. But when I came in to caliber and met with the service advisor Jason Base it got better. He was polite, informative and answered all my questions. Explained everything thoroughly and made himself available for any questions or concerns. And just a peaceful cool person. I was really grateful to work with him.

The quality of the paint job is terrible. The hood needed to be repainted twice after I took delivery of the vehicle when the repair was complete and there are still waves in the paint job. It was very clear that the repair on my vehicle was rushed to meet some sort of monthly target because my rep, Amir, was insistent that I pick up the car by 6/30/2026 because "it is the end of our month".

Amir Kogan and his team were wonderful. 20 plus stars ✨ to Amir. He was very professional and communicated the whole time throughout the process of replacing my cracked rim. He ordered a new rim from the manufacturer at a lower cost than what the dealer wanted to charge me. So thankful to Amir. Thank you again everyone at the Westlake Village Caliber. Will recommend you to all !
