When I received my vehicle back, there was a burn mark of some sort on the truck of my car that wasn't there before. The damaged was fixed but I recommend looking at the vehicle and making sure that nothing new is damaged on the car before returning it to the customer. Also make sure that their are no finger prints or residual glue on the vehicle that wasn't there before.

Everything was great as far a servicing my vehicle and keeping me informed about the repairs and when it would be finished. The only thing that I recommend. If you tell a customer that there vehicle is ready for pickup. The vehicle should be ready for pick up. Not being washed or still being worked on where the customer is waiting an hour to pick up their car that you said was ready. Other than that the service was excellent.

Took almost 3 months. I was lied to multiple times. I had to call ford and get a part number for something they told me was not made anymore. The work they did is terrible. I just wasn't going to leave my truck any longer. I would never recommend this place and I will never go back. I can't believe they are still in buisness it's so bad.

My Caliber Service Advisor was very polite, professional, courteous and attentive to the needs of my wife and me with the repair of our 2024 Chevrolet Equinox.
