Everything was great. Torrance did an awesome job keeping me informed. The front desk staff was very accommodating allowing me to make my payments over the phone as I work in DC so it’s hard for me to make it back that way before closing that helped a lot.

The day after 2+ week repairs (plus a two-day delay after promised deadline) were completed, the front bumper started to visibly separate away from the vehicle body.

Customer service provided justifications for the initial delay in repairs, but I had to proactively call to get explanations. I was initially told a one-day delay, which stretched to two days. Without advance warning, I had already returned my rental vehicle and had to take leave from work during the delayed repairs.

Coming to this Caliber Collision was like going to your family shop. Everyone was polite, professional and did exactly what they said. I was kept up to date on a daily basis on the progress. Eric, our contact, also kept us in the loop, adjusted deliver dates to accommodate our travel plans. He also discovered a problem that was outside the scope of his work. He managed that as professionally as everything else. If I ever need any body work, repair or just good advise that is in the wheelhouse of this firm, I will be there. There is no need to go to any other shop, you will not be as satisfied nor as comfortable with either job done. It was just plain brilliant!

Everything was dimple and easy. Eric was our agent and he went well above to both repair my truck, he also diagnosed a battery for which he offered a few solutions without cost. This shop is a credit to outlet community and to an industry that can have shady characters within the ranks. The work was done as promised, on time with. Regular updates not electronically and with phone call/ messages. What else could you ask for. Honest service, promises made and exceeded. Brilliant

Thank you all for your professionalism, kindslness and everyone being so pleasant and happy. Everyone was so willing to help with every call or in person. My truck looks great! And I thank you so very much for the extra key. You all accidentally lost my key but replaced it with new fobs and I received an extra I wasn't expecting. I lost my 2nd key months ago, this was perfect! Thank you Michelle 😊 and Thank you all at Caliber so very much! Hope to not need your service again however I will be back if need be, for sure I will chose Caliber!
