The team are simply fantastic people! I was kept informed all along as to the progress of the repair job, not only by the text messages but also personally by Gary, the service advisor on my job. The workmanship was superlative -- you'd never know the car had been in an accident, and there were definitely some challenges, all of which Caliber Collision met and overcame to my full satisfaction. Their effort was the epitome of going above and beyond.

I greatly appreciate Gary and all the staff at Caliber. They were friendly, knowledgeable and was great at keeping me informed of the entire process. I had two separate vehicles receive repairs back to back and both looked excellent upon completion. I’d had similar repairs done on my equinox at another repair shop and Caliber did a much better job on the repair. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

The customer service I received at Caliber was top notch. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. My Silverado had a complete overhaul of repairs on every panel but one and it looked AMAZING. I could not be happier with the work provided.
