Was at the shop for 3 weeks. No photos were taken and submitted to insurance that were supposed to be taking after finding the damage they found after progressive did their own inspection. Never got called for updates. Never felt that I was a priority as a customer. Now i have to have progressive drive to me to take pictures that caliber Collison was supposed to do. I could take my car to the shop for photos to be taken but I was already without a vehicle for 3 weeks without repairs. Wasn't impressed. I know they are short staffed but the whole experience was a mess.

There are so many items that were not fixed! I need to bring it in to another shop to get it done right. The damaged wheel wasn't replaced, the grill has chips all over in it, the forward sensor I asked about many times was not replaced, the windshield wash was empty, calls were never returned and the voicemail was full and now I have a crazy loud squeak in my passenger side dash.

At pick up, the team was helpful in locating my personal items and getting me my car as I had a scheduled move out of state planned for the next day. The team at Big O next door were also very helpful!

I could not have been more pleased by the service and work of all those who work at the Caliper Collision on Republic. Their service is impeccable and the outcome of their work is meticulous! Plastic trim isnt secured properly on a few parts of the vehicle after the repair, headlight was replaced with a “refurbished” headlight that looks poorly refurbished with broken sealant, clearcoat swirl marks after the repairs
