I have never had to deal with having a vehicle repaired from a wreck. I decided to go with Caliber because it was convenient and close to where I live. I was truly impressed with how I was treated. I received an update on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the progress of my vehicle. Wayne did an excellent job and the lady at the front desk was so kind. I will definitely be using them in the future. My vehicle looks amazing.

Car repair was excellent. They were very helpful in arranging a rental car to pick me up at the shop. I received texts about my car as it was in the repair process. I do wish it would have been washed before I picked it up. I had dirty hand prints on the back and the paper floor protection mat placed on my back seat. This is a very convenient location for me, since I live in Willard.
