I thought the entire process was well done on all ends. I unfortunately didn’t get the receptionist/front desk ladies name but she was super kind and very helpful in explaining the process in the beginning. Then Wayne my main contact was very helpful. Always sending out those texts and answering calls/questions that I had right on the spot. Super professional and they made my car look exactly how I bought it, pretty as ever!

The best way I can describe this awesome service is like when someone tells you to pull forward for fresh fries. Caliber delivers on all fronts: constant communication throughout the repair process, taking their time to make sure that the job is done correctly, and professional customer service on all fronts of the store. Caliber Collision in Willard, MO absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the front desk to the shop crew, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and on top of their game. The manager even personally thanked us for our business, which you rarely see from a large corporate company — this location truly operates with the warmth and care of a family-owned business. Our vehicle had been backed into, and they handled everything quickly and flawlessly. They ordered a new door, completed all paint and finish work, and had the entire repair done in less than a week. Super fast turnaround, excellent communication throughout, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. If I ever need a collision repair or even detailing in the future, Caliber Collision in Willard, MO will be my first stop. Highly recommend this team!

Hood has paint defects in it in a couple different places. Drivers door does not shut properly, tight to close. Underneath where debris in road was hit or run over was not fixed. Can hear rattles and squeaks

The personnel at Caliber Collision in Willard, Missouri was friendly and helpful. They kept us updated on the progress of our car repairs and when it would be completed. They also assisted us with the car rental. We were picked up at their facility when we dropped it off and were able to leave it there for pickup when we picked up our car. They will definitely be used by us again if the need arises and we recommend them highly.
