I only received updates when I called about the car. When I dropped it off I was told my adjuster or one of the shop employees would contact me frequently and give me an update on my vehicle. That never happened. The whole repair process took way longer than I expected. I was told I was because they were sent the wrong parts over and over.

Seems efforts to complete job as cheaply as possible with aftermarket reports delayed repairs unreasonably and even when "completed" was still obviouly a poor job.

I have had 2 vehicles fixed through Caliber in Willis. My truck last year (Insurance) and our Kia (Self Pay) this November. I took our Kia there because of their customer service and the quality of care and service in fixing my truck. We just got the Kia back and not only was the service great, the cost reflected the repairs with explanation of all repairs with no hidden cost thrown in. We’re truly appreciative of the staff at the Caliber in Willis.

From beginning to end the service at Willis Caliber was superb. Jason is knowledgeable and helpful. I like how they worked with my insurance company and the rental car company to keep me mobile while my car was inaccessible. They went above and beyond while repairing the damage.

Excellent communication with what was happening expectations were met above and beyond. They said they would have things done at a certain time. It was done at that time and I was provided with the information from the very start with the estimate to the date of completion. everything was completely done exceptionally great customer service very professional All the way around.
