Caliber did excellent work on the repairs to my car. The areas they repaired looks like new. The manager, Pedro, was in contact with me every day and kept me updated on the progress. They were also very fair with their pricing. I highly recommend using Willis Caliber Collision.

Originally 9. Because I didn’t like the fact that original parts weren’t used for repairing my car. Pedro was awesome and communicated with me on updates with the reparation. Super nice friendly staff. I reached back out to Pedro regarding a peace that was missing when car was assembled. Pedro didn’t hesitate in resolving the issue and I’m thankful for that. So score of a 10.

They messed up my car and it cost me money

When I got the car back there were multiple things wrong. It has taken me some time to get them fixed and find answers. I called the local branch and they are denying all responsibilities. The actual car itself looked fine.

I would definitely bring it back in the event of an Insurance. I’m very curious how if II would definitely bring it back an event of an Insurance. I’m very curious how if I was just having something personally fix would it be a good rate? I’m willing to give it a try.
