I’m giving a 10 because the service itself was great and my vehicle was well taken care of. However, I do want to share one concern. My car was ready in the evening while I was still at work (until 9 PM), and the manager was very pushy about having me pick it up the same day. He even offered to have it towed to my apartment, which felt excessive. When I asked why the urgency, he said he didn’t want my car to get hit overnight by other vehicles being dropped off. But that didn’t make a lot of sense to me the car was in your care, and if anything were to happen, I’d expect the responsibility to fall on the service center, not me. Wouldn’t it make more sense to simply ask them to be careful when dropping off vehicles after hours? This situation ended up being a big inconvenience. I had to coordinate with someone to return my rental car and then give me a ride home all because of the pressure to pick up my car that same night. I really hope this can be handled more considerately in the future.
