There were delays due to ordering a part, which I understand and am not upset about. The issues are that the install was done improperly. The lift gate does not seal, it lets in air and noise while driving, and it was installed unevenly (the left side is above the right side). Additionally, I was told the car would be cleaned and detailed and that all glass would be removed. Not only was there still glass in the vehicle after I received it, only the outside was washed. Inside still has dirt and dust and glass. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but to have the install be done poorly even after the delays is very frustrating and an unnecessary inconvenience.
