From drop off to pick up Caliber was efficient and timely. It took no time at all to get my car back on the road after a deer collided with my driver's side. They submitted all the paperwork to Geico, called Enterprise to come pick me up, took the rental back for me, and walked me to my car to be sure I was happy with the results.

They tried rushing the job to get out by 12/31/24 the paint job was horrible. Dripping/dried paint from spraying to much product in the same spot. Right underneath it was an area completely not painted. On the corner of truck bed it had a rough edge where they did not sand it smooth but spayed it with paint. The he bumped they didn’t do anything to it. I pointed out the marks scratches they buffed it in front of me and all it did was make it not so visible. I got the second call for pick up on 1/7/25 paint was better but still not 100% happy with the work. Spot missed on truck bed corner or ain’t chip. Bed edge where didn’t sand the first time looks like paint did not take to the area very well. Scratches on bumper still visible. Not happy or satisfied with the work on two attempts. The insurance scam / partnership with body shops to not pay for new parts or high quality work is so often proven with these companies

The team did a great job with my car repairs. Even with the holidays, they kept me informed and the timing quick. When I picked it up it was so clean! I was not expecting that! Very pleased with their work and enjoyed working with the team here.
