Body damage was completed in great time, and delivery smooth. Rep Jason Adams is a tribute to the company. He is a true professional, polite, explained in detail what needed to be done. The repair was flawless, could not see that there was damage. This is my second time doing business with Caliber Collision the same customer satisfaction.

Easiest process I’ve ever been through Hugo was very professional and made sure through out the entire process my GMC Yukon XL was perfect and completed in a timely manner my wife and I were so impressed with the entire process from start to finish and they did such a good job you can’t even tell a difference it looks like it was when we purchased the vehicle I highly recommend them for any and all collision repairs or restoration thank u so much HUGO for taking care of our vehicle like it was your own service is more than 5 star rating

Repair was done quickly. Which I appreciated. I was treated respectfully, any questions and concerns were answered promptly. The car looks as if it was not in a collision. The door and window operate correctly. To be honest the car has not looked as good as it did when I picked it up. Looked like new. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for anyone needing collision repair.

Very pleased with service and repair done on my car. After trying another place who couldn’t figure out how to fix issue I went to Caliber Collision- Willis, TX and they fixed the problem. They took extra steps to let me know the issue and fixed it! Very friendly with kudos to Chad for great Customer Service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for repair on their vehicle at a place that is friendly, knowledgeable and cares!

Even though I got my car back later than predicted, I was informed frequently on the progression of the repair. I like being informed even if it’s not the best of news. I worked mostly with Jason and he was professional and nice. I know there were employees who worked on my car that I didn’t meet but they did a great job too. I know it’s a group effort and I appreciate it!
