Was kinda surprised after my repairs to the front of my vehicle the engine bay was very dirty from sanding and painting and the side of my front fenders had white hardened wax all over them that you could see with the hood closed

I can honestly say that I was blessed by the team at Caliber's in WILLIS TX. & I want the WORLD to know how I appreciate them... Mr. Jesse Lester, Ms. Lety (the female who did the paint job), Mr. Pedro Marquez & the female who detailed our truck will forever be considered a valuable asset to this company because they all played a part in demonstrating how much they care for their customers. Pedro went the extra mile for us and that's rare these days. I am overwhelmed by the hospitality they rendered to us. The following is not ranked in any order and all are equally important. 1. The car looks phenomenal. Better than the day I bought it. 2. The detail of the car(cleaning) was so good that I asked if there was a regular detailing service available. You may want consider this as addition to your portfolio of service. 3. Pedro and Travis have some of the best customer service skills I have not seen in 20 years. They went above and beyond driving the insurance company through their process and had a unique resiliency when bombarded with phone calls from me. 4. Overall experience was 10.
