My car looks great and yall are awesome for fixing it so quickly. I always was in the loop with what step of repairs they were on. I would recommend caliber collision to anyone that needs there car fixed and I will 100% be returning if I ever need it fixed again. Thank you guys so much!

I would have given a 10 if truck would have been repaired correctly the first time.

I was totally satisfied with the repair of my Ram Truck after refusing to take my truck the day before when they told me it was finished. I drove there on Friday and could see the repair wasn’t done correctly before i even got out of the rental car. I was completely dissatisfied and unhappy. It didn’t look much better than it did when I dropped it off for repairs. I left it there and kept the rental vehicle. Caliber called me the next day, Saturday, which they are normally closed on Saturday to tell me my truck was ready again. I arrived at 1 pm and it looked great. It looked like it came from the factory but that is the way it should have looked the first time I went to pick it up. If it was bad enough the first time that I noticed it so quickly and from a distance why did they including the repair guy and anyone else involved try to push my truck out the door looking like it did? It would have been easier in everyone involved to fix it right the first time. I was eventually very happy with the looks of the repairs.
